Panomorph Player Technical Support

1. "No ellipse detected"
This message appears when no panomorph picture is detected on your video.
This may also appear if your panomorph lens has not been correctly installed and the ellipse image is not centered on the sensor.
To correct the situation, please refer to the documentation provided with the panomorph lens or follow this link to the video installation guide.

2. The video can't be read
The Panomorph Player uses video codecs installed on your computer. Make sure to have the required codec installed to read the video. These codecs are usually supplied by the manufacturer of your recording device (DVRs, NVRs, VMS).
