Montreal, Canada, April 23, 2007: ImmerVision, the leader in panoramic imaging technology, today announced the appointment of Alain Marchildon as Vice President - Custom Panoramic Applications. The experienced executive joins ImmerVision with over 25 years of experience in management and 10 years in worldwide sales and marketing of high technology products. Mr. Marchildon has a track record of effectively selling and leading large scale projects related to technology solutions. In his new role, he is responsible for directing sales, marketing and project management for the Custom Panoramic Applications Business Unit.


The Custom Panoramic Applications Business Unit mission is to adapt and customize its panomorph patented technology for various industry applications such as automotive, defense, aerospace and medical. Panomorph technology can be integrated into solutions by manufacturers of commodity products as well as equipment manufacturers supplying government organizations and other institutions.
