Position Summary

We are looking for a sales coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills to join Immervision’s commercial team. The role reports into the Sales Team Leader and requires working closely with Sales and Business Development, Marketing, and Finance, as well as, Product Management, Pre Sales, and Project Management.

To ensure success, the sales coordinator should be customer focused and proactive. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of autonomy.


  • Support overall sales activities working with all the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement, coordinate, and improve CRM strategies across the organization, ensuring the database is up-to-date and correctly segmented, applying and enforcing data and process governance, preparing and analyzing reports, and proposing improvements.
  • Coordinate activities and reporting with sales and business development partners by gathering information and requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and performing rigorous follow-ups.
  • Manage and improve customer focused tools and procedures such as the customer SDK portal and the customer product certification.
  • Support complex bid/RFP/RFI processes. 
  • Work closely with Marketing for lead generation activities from the preparation to the handoff to Sales and Business Development.
  • Analyze internal and external data and transform it into meaningful information, reports and tools to better serve customers and find prospects.
  • Measure and report performance of all sales campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
  • Propose, create, and implement new tools and processes to improve the efficiency and the reach of the Sales and Business Development team.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or marketing.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful information.
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Outstanding adaptability to work with various internal and external stakeholders across different geographical regions.
  • Creative mind with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Bilingual (French/English); other languages are an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Experience as coordinator.
